Las Cafeteras are part of the new wave of young L.A. bands that play old-school, traditional Mexican music (La Santa Cecilia are part of that new wave). Join them at the Mark Taper Auditorium for a special performance. NPR’s Betto Arcos and Cesar Castro of Fandango Sin Fronteras will join them after their set for a conversation about their work and influences.
