Event Description

Los Angeles’ Mexican heritage is alive and well as Star Entertainment celebrates the 10th anniversary of their signature concert, Fiesta Mexicana! The sensational Mariachi Monumental de América, directed by Juan José Almaguer will once again interpret the best of Mexico’s traditional and ranchera music. Los Hermanos Herrera fills the hills with the sounds of the accordion and the bajo sexto (a 12-stringed bass instrument similar to a guitar) as they play the best of norteño music. Representing the East Los Angeles Mexican scene are Cindy Luna, Roberto Romo, Gabriel González, María Espínola and Juan Ignacio Cepeda. The Folklórico de Los Ángeles de Kareli Montoya will also perform.
