It’s hard to ignore the current Arizona onslaught: the he said she said debates, the finger pointing, and the general profiling occurring at the moment. How can you? Hundreds of artists have chosen not to by joining The Sound Strike, a collective of artists (mainly spearheaded by Rage Against The Machine’s Zack de la Rocha) and individuals opposing Arizona’s immigration law, SB 1070, a law set to go in effect on July 29th.
Artists will unite at the Hollywood Palladium as part of a week-long series of protesting activities, sharing the proceeds with The Sound Strike Fund.
